(CLUB) including your use of our website.  www. theclubatbarefootbeach.com (WEBSITE) and any mobile app provided by the CLUB, any associated CLUB-controlled social media pages, and other CLUB information, software functionality, application or materials located thereon or available. (collectively our PROPERTIES).
